Since 1990, Homes of Hope has had over 130,000 volunteers who’ve been a part of building homes for families throughout more than 20 different impoverished nations. We’re proud to make up a portion of those volunteers. By annually sending a crew to build a home for a family in need, we play an important part in such a life-changing experience for not only the families we are serving, but also for our team members who are making an impact in a community that needs help.

Serving others is at the core of what we do. That’s the purpose behind Ryan Hearts on Fire. Ryan Hearts on Fire is our employee-created and employee-led philanthropy initiative focusing on the needs and passions of our people. This initiative gives our company the opportunity to find ways to come together and help support those in need.

DREAM Alive seeks to end the cycle of poverty by exposing our scholars to different career paths on what we call “Career Field Trips.” We showcase companies in our city to our scholars as a way of starting the conversation. Starting these conversations in 7th and 8th grade allows our scholars to start dreaming about what their futures could look like early in their lives.

We are committed to volunteering once a month at the Cathedral Soup Kitchen, a food pantry dedicated to feeding food-insecure people in Indianapolis, IN. It currently serves over 3,200 meals and 1,080 clients per month.
